Covington Library Services
Covington offers a commitment to service by providing easy access to library membership. Residents may obtain a library card from the Newton County and Branch Libraries. Membership is free of charge to Covington residents. Proof of residency is required (Driver's license, rental agreement, utility bill, etc.)
Library Cards
To obtain a Farmers Branch Library card please visit the Manske Library located at 13613 Webb Chapel Road. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please call them at 404-247-2511 if you have any questions or visit their website.
