All our events are rain or shine. Entertainment may be postponed due to inclement weather, but will not be rescheduled for an alternative weekend. Video surveillance cameras are used in Addison Circle Park. An official photographer will be taking photos throughout the festival grounds so patrons attending the event may be pictured in event marketing materials. Patrons may not photograph or videotape the headline entertainment or musical acts.
