The cost for an uncertified electronic copy of a Texas Peace Officer's crash report is $6.00 and $8.00 for a certified electronic copy. Online 24 hours a day 7 days a week at the following address: https://cris.txdot.gov/public/Purchase

A copy of an accident report is available for a $6.00 fee if obtained in person or by mail. In person at the first floor, Records counter of the Addison Police Department, 8AM - 5PM , Monday through Friday at 4799 Airport Parkway, Addison, Texas 75001-9010. By mail - include the following information: the name of complainant or driver, date of incident, location or address of incident. When requesting by mail send check or money order payable to the Town of Addison. DO NOT SEND CASH. Mail a request to:
