Nerium International doubles its Addison headquarters

Addison-based Nerium International LLC — a multilevel marketing skincare company — has nearly doubled the size of its headquarters within the North Texas suburb.

The company has leased 75,912 square feet of space at Forum III at 4006 Belt Line Road in Addison, and will move from an adjacent property.

Along with being the largest office tenant in the 93,587-square-foot building, Nerium will get building signage on the property, said Sharon Freidberg, senior vice president at Dallas-based brokerage firm Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services.

Friedberg and Melanie Hughes of Bradford Commercial represented the landlord in the deal.Robbie Baty and Bill McClung of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. represented Nerium.

In 2011, Nerium launched its business in 5,432 square feet in the Forum property complex in Addison — and has grown ever since to its latest expansion.
