Development Services is dedicated to protecting and enhancing our city through responsible, sustainable planning and expansion initiatives. On a mission to guard the public's well-being and welfare, our team leads the enforcement of building and maintenance codes; manages inspections of restaurants, as well as public and private facilities; and assures compliance with environmental and public health regulations. From planning and zoning decisions to diverse permitting programs, the Development Services department supports the integrity of Addison’s business centers and family resources.
