Garbage is picked up at curbside or alley starting at 7am every Monday and Thursday. Recycling is picked up every Monday.

The Town's garbage/recycling collection contractor suspends collection on three holidays per year when they fall on a Monday or Thursday. These holidays are Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. For complete details, click here.

Some Addison apartment communities do offer recycling services, so please check with your apartment management. At this time Addison does not provide recycling to multi-family residences and does not have a recycling drop-off center. The management for these communities contract with private collection companies.  Please call your apartment manager to request this service.
